Profoundly less vascularization in breast tissue after a year of not eating soy
Images are one year apart: vegetarian who had triple negative (an aggressive type) breast cancer diagnosed in November 2022 in her left breast opted for lumpectomy, refused chemotherapy and radiation, adopted holistic lifestyle and had no evidence of disease (NED) by May 2023.
“I did only lumpectomy and natural treatments. My TNBC was 20 percent estrogen and this was what was showing up in the images. I do believe the emotional and spiritual healing were just as important as physical changes.”
Triple negative patients are at high risk of disease returning, but if they survive the three years after their NED date, their risk of disease returning drops dramatically. Her reports from 2024 & 2025 showed “no improvement” regarding estrogen pattern, and the abnormal right breast remained unchanged for two years.
A big sacrifice/change during the last year was eliminating soy from her diet.*
May 2026 was her 3rd anniversary post NED and she got a 4th thermogram. She received a most excellent report: not only had her estrogen dominance pattern RESOLVED, but her right breast, the TH4 (abnormal) had become a TH3 (95% probability of NO PATHOLOGY)! Such an achievement for this lady who had endured so much, including huge financial costs for natural treatments not covered by insurance.
To make up for the protein deficit of a vegetarian eliminating soy, she used pumpkin seeds, hemp (seeds, powder and milk), beans, chick peas, lentils. “I also tested for and used fermented dairy and was “ok” but not everyone is. I also use nut butters.”
This client volunteers huge amounts of time helping others, asking for no compensation, moderating and contributing information in a private group on Facebook. It is open only for those managing triple negative breast cancer. Her background is in research so she comes well-equipped with professional skills. Triple Negative Breast Cancer Tribe - Healing Naturally is the name to search if you wish to request membership. If you like what you find there and have resources to spare, I’m sure she would be extremely grateful for gifts of gratitude, but they are not expected and not required.
Another client, vegan, with breast cancer historically and again currently who consumes “lots of soy” has had several years of thermal reports saying that her estrogen pattern shows “no improvement” or has “increased in signal” - until her May 2026 imaging which showed “moderate improvement” in the estrogen pattern! Yay!!!
She attributes it to a new supplement she is taking called ValAsta which purports to support hormone health by reducing inflammation. The company states that estrogen is not the cause of cancer but that products of the inflammation process (ROS - reactive oxygen species) combining with estrogen are the initiators of cancer. Very controversial subject…and this is an interesting theory.
This client also made a major life change by getting a divorce about six months prior which she claims has reduced her stress dramatically. Stress reduction typically reduces inflammation and increases progesterone (which counterbalances estrogen). “Still eating lots of soy!” she revealed when asked about the improvement.
Congratulations to both women for their great successes!
* Whether to remove soy from one’s diet is a hotly debated subject on the internet. Some say soy is “protective”, others say soy is “dangerous”. Is it the glyphosate on/in the GMO soy making it “problematic” or the endogenous phytoestrogens in all soy or both? Dr. Amalu, Eagle Institute of Clinical Thermology, says “Both. Soy is not fit for human consumption. This is why our reports advise a woman with the pattern suggestive of excess estrogen to consult with her doctor if she is consuming soy”.
