Family friendly bar at Sovereignty Ranch visited by a couple of local “Little Rappers” that entertained us on the way to the ranch with their songs. (This is not part of the ranch’s offerings - this is a daughter and niece of a client who traveled out with us to investigate.). The restaurant has an amazing menu with ample seating in this same space, and the “store” has fresh bread, eggs, meats, produce and also shelf-stable items made on the farm.

Proprietor of Sovereignty Ranch, Mollie Engelhart is not afraid to embrace change while creating and serving in the best ways she knows, no matter what people around her are thinking or saying. We love this about her and her big smile.

Her latest project is worth the drive to see, taste and smell, Sovereignty Ranch, which includes a farm to table culinary experience where the ranch aroma upon arrival is quickly replaced by the real aromas from the kitchen, made to order meals from the very best organic ingredients. Mollie’s husband, brother and a sizable staff live and work at the ranch almost 24/7 making sure everything is as close to perfect as possible in an imperfect world.

At this event you will receive private High Quality Infrared Imaging performed to the highest IACT Standards & Procedures by a certified thermography technician who has over a decade of experience using state-of-the-art cameras. Interpretation is included, no extra fees to speak to a person or doctor. Provided is a legitimate Medical Report that includes Findings, Images, Recommendations, Explanation (guide) for you and/or your provider and is emailed via HIPAA compliant encrypted email 2-3 weeks after imaging. Or if you are in a rush, there’s an option for that ;).
