Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an imaging appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee. This courtesy lets us maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as for others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals
If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notification, the service will be considered rendered and you will owe the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened appointment or an invitation to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service according to IACT standards and protocols.
To avoid delaying the next client, your session may need to end on time and you will be responsible for the full session cost. While we will make every effort to perform your entire imaging session in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may be due. If you know ahead of timing issues, please discuss with us so that we can be prepared and assist as much as possible. We want to take the best possible images at every session, following standards and guidelines set forth by the IACT which means no shortcuts, no cheating the system in terms of shortening acclimation time to room temp, etc..
Payment Policy
Payment for services is due at the time of service. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service unless a problem occurred on our end in providing the service. We accept Cash, Check, Discover, Visa, Venmo, Paypal, MasterCard and American Express.
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest service and technology. Although we make every effort to keep our prices competitive and affordable, and our website updated accordingly, please note that prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services rendered unless we fail to deliver the service.
Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

We love our clients and yet we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

It is our policy to provide High Quality Infrared Imaging performed to the highest IACT Standards & Protocols by experienced IACT certified thermographic technicians using state of the art infrared cameras. Images are interpreted by Thermdoc.com, founded by world expert IACT Board-Certified Thermologist, Dr. William C. Amalu DC, DABCT, DIACT, FIACT, (principle author of Chapter 25, Infrared Imaging of the Breast in the Biomedical Engineering Handbook: Medical Devices and Systems, 3rd Edition) or a backup colleague if he is on vacation or swamped during Breast Health Awareness Season.
