Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and accommodate other clients, we request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations especially while imaging on location. At the home clinic, it’s less of a cost to us if you cancel. On location, we’ve usually incurred extra expense to reserve space, so a cancellation is more costly to us than imaging at home. If you are willing to cover at least our out of pocket expense, if any, we will be grateful and thankful.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to continue providing exceptional care and service while remaining flexible for life’s emergencies.

Payment Policy
Payment for services is due at the time of service. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service unless a problem occurred on our end in providing the service. We accept Cash, Check, Discover, Visa, Venmo, Paypal, MasterCard and American Express.

Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest service and technology. Although we make every effort to keep our prices competitive and affordable, and our website updated accordingly, please note that prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services rendered unless we fail to deliver the service.

Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

Client-Provider Relationship
We love our clients and yet we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

It is our policy to provide High Quality Infrared Imaging performed to the highest IACT Standards & Protocols by experienced IACT certified thermographic technicians using state of the art infrared cameras. Images are interpreted by Thermdoc.com, founded by world expert IACT Board-Certified Thermologist, Dr. William C. Amalu DC, DABCT, DIACT, FIACT, (principle author of Chapter 25, Infrared Imaging of the Breast in the Biomedical Engineering Handbook: Medical Devices and Systems, 3rd Edition) or a backup colleague if he is on vacation or swamped during Breast Health Awareness Season.
